Helping people expand comfort zones through performance is really important to me because it shows you what else can be achieved in your life. It's great to do this online but I also love connecting with people face-to-face.
And as I live in Andalucía, that means that you'll have to come on one of my awesome retreats and have fun in Spain!

I first visited this house about 15 years ago and knew it would be perfect for a retreat. Two swimming pools (inside and outside), double height lounge to play in, and views to die for. And there's frogs in the pond!

I love this house near Ronda. It was built for a Countess and it's quirky and interesting and beautiful.

The October Awesome Ukes'n'Yoga (we do yoga too because I like it!) Retreat was at Cortijo Almuña just outside of Gaucin. Matt was joined by special guest tutor, Phil Doleman. He was awesome!!!
And some people even went for a swim in the pool!!!
